a mixed bag of experiences
The heated indoor pool was a delightful surprise after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed our time in the spacious two-bedroom apartment with mountain views, which provided a cozy retreat for our family.
The kitchen lacked essential items like a kettle and toaster, which made meal preparation a challenge. the restaurant's chaotic dining environment could be overwhelming during peak hours.

Consider bringing your own swimming cap, as they are required for pool access and add an extra cost.

Had a great time with friends! The staff were friendly, and the place was super convenient for skiing. The bar area was a fun spot to unwind after a long day on the slopes, with good drinks and a lively atmosphere. The food was varied, and we appreciated the mini mart in the basement for snacks. Definitely recommend getting familiar with the boot room location early on!
Had a rough start with check-in as it was quite chaotic. The walk to our room was a bit of a hassle, especially with all our luggage and ski gear.

One of the biggest perks of staying here is the location right next to the slopes. Getting out for skiing was a breeze, and my room had a fantastic mountain view from the balcony, which was a nice touch. The space in the room felt generous, especially with two bathrooms in the apartment, making it easy for a family. The restaurant had a decent selection of meals, better than what I found on the slopes, and the prices were reasonable too. a few issues marred my stay. The cleaning staff didn’t respect the 'do not disturb' signs and often barged in. The cleanliness wasn't up to scratch, they threw away items I preferred they left alone. The beds could definitely use some upgrading. they were pretty worn, making getting a good night's sleep challenging. Limited supplies in the kitchenette also surprised me. only basic cooking items were available. The cafeteria-style dining experience felt chaotic too. I appreciated the food and location but the management needs to have a close look at room maintenance and cleaning services.

More accessible facilities would enhance the experience.

Spacious apartments and great ski access
We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that easily accommodated our family, and the direct access to the slopes made skiing incredibly convenient. The restaurant offered a cafeteria-style dining experience with a good selection—much better than what we had on the slopes. While the apartment had a kitchenette, the limited cooking utensils available meant we had to be creative with our meals. A few more kitchen supplies would have really improved our self-catering experience.

would love to stay here again
The one-bedroom apartment had a great view of the mountains and was spacious enough. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna after skiing. The evening entertainment was lively, and kids loved the activities they offered. Staff were super helpful and responsive to requests.

missingWrote a review on Feb 05panoramic viewsdecent spacemaintenance issues
The kitchen facilities offered a decent space for self-catering, albeit with limited supplies, which could be enhanced. The panoramic mountain views from the One-Bedroom Apartment were stunning, adding a serene backdrop after long days on the slopes.
The overall maintenance left something to be desired, with broken door handles and loose plug sockets overshadowing the experience. The shower felt cramped, making it challenging to get comfortable post-skiing. Noise disturbances were frequent, as thin walls allowed sounds from other guests and hallways to seep in, disrupting sleep during the night. Dining felt chaotic. the buffet was crowded during dinner service, making it a frantic dash for food rather than a relaxing end to the day. Options for vegetarians were limited, and the need for extra charges to access the swimming pool was unexpected.
